The MF35X has seen its fair share of use over the years and this is most evident when looking at the tractor’s bodywork. The bonnet appears to have taken the brunt of most collisions, I suspect several trees and fence posts in the Massey’s lifetime. This is where most our time and probably money will be spent.
The engine is in good condition and mechanically sound which should save us from too much expense, but some work will be needed to fix, replace and upgrade several parts.

The next job is to source some of the parts for the MF35X to complete the urgent repairs. We are hoping to purchase most of our parts locally and as close to the original Massey Ferguson parts as possible. A few improvements will be made with upgrading parts (e.g. front axle) but this will be kept to a minimum.
