HOW DO I PURCHASE EQUIPMENT?

To order click the ‘add to basket’ button on the product page and from here you can proceed to check out. We can also take orders over the phone or in store, please contact us and our team will be happy to help with any enquiries.

HOW CAN I PAY?

When proceeding with your online order you will be able to pay via PayPal, this will allow you to pay with your debit or credit card if you don’t have a PayPal account.

For in store & telephone orders we can take a card payment from all major credit or debit cards and we also accept payment via bank transfer, when the payment has been verified into our account we can then arrange shipping or collection. In special circumstances we can take cheques by post however cheques must be cleared before shipping/collection (usually 4-5 working days).

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ITEM TO BE DELIVERED?

We aim to deliver your item within 3-4 working days and in some cases this may be shorter. When ordering online we will be in touch within 1 working day to confirm a suitable delivery date. Please note deliveries to non-mainland UK and Scottish Highlands can take 1-2 more working days to deliver. Please contact us if you have any queries.

WHAT IF THE ITEM IS OUT OF STOCK?

We keep large stock of most items, when an item is out of stock please contact us for the restocking date or an alternative item. New stock is arriving all the time so generally items are not out of stock for more than two weeks.

I DON’T HAVE A FORKLIFT HOW DO I UNLOAD A DELIVERY?

This is not a problem as we can request a tail lift for the majority of implements shipped as pallet consignments*, please let us know if this is the case and we can request this. Alternatively we have a crane available for offloading equipment on local deliveries.

*Please note there are several larger items we supply which are not suitable for tail lift delivery.

DO YOU OFFER LOCAL DELIVERY?

Yes, we have our own vehicle with a crane for offloading equipment. Please contact us if you are local to Hampshire/Surrey (GU postcode area) as we can often quote to deliver on our vehicle at a lower cost than via a pallet courier. Delivery dates can vary especially in our peak season (Spring & Summer), please contact us if you are interested in a local delivery.

IS THERE A DISCOUNTED SHIPPING COST FOR MULTIPLE ITEMS?

In most cases the cost will be as quoted, however on smaller implements (and some larger items) we can offer a discounted rate if they are able to fit on the same pallet dimensions. In some cases it may be more cost effective to arrange delivery using our own vehicle for orders. Please contact us to discuss options and costs for this.

DO YOU SHIP ABROAD?

Please contact us if you wish have your item delivered outside of the UK , we can get personalised quotes for shipping abroad. This would usually be through our pallet network, delivery times can vary dependent on location.

CAN I COLLECT?

Yes! We offer collection from our workshop in Hampshire. For online orders please select ‘local pickup’ and we will be in touch to confirm a suitable collection date, please allow up to 2 working days to collect. We are open weekdays for collections 9am – 4.30pm and occasional Saturday mornings in the month.

CAN I VISIT AND VIEW EQUIPMENT?

We are happy to arrange viewings at our workshop in Hampshire, we have a number of smaller tractors at our premises which we are able to use for displaying equipment and have an alternative smallholding which we are able to use for demonstration days throughout the year. Please contact us to arrange a suitable time slot.
