FIRST DEMONSTRATION AND VIEWING AFTERNOON IS A TRIUMPH!
The sun was shining on Friday afternoon and provided a lovely day for demonstrating our equipment at our premises. The tractors were ready and so were our team with refreshments, brochures and a wide range of knowledge to answer a number of questions about the equipment and tractors on display.
The day started with demonstrations of our Foton compact tractors with a number of our popular attachments. Finishing mowers were out cutting the grass in our fields where the team also showed visitors how to adjust the cutting height of the mower.
The next on show was our tractor mounted backhoe, the team demonstrated how easy it was for even beginners to start digging up their soil. Natalie says :
This was my first time using a backhoe but once I got to grips with the controls it was very easy and fun to work with.
Although using one of our scrapers was definitely helpful and saved time when clearing up the soil and levelling the ground after demonstrating!
But the star of the day was definitely the stone burier alongside our Foton tractor. After a run through of setting up the machine the attachment left an impressive finish to our grassland, with the mesh roller levelling the tilled soil for an even finish.
The afternoon proved a big success and we hope to provide a number of seasonal open days throughout the year to demonstrate our wide range of our equipment.
Take a look at just a few of our photos from the day in the gallery below :
