We accept returns of all items in a new and unused condition. All returns should be sent back to our premises by the customer. We offer a credit of the item, but not the initial delivery or return cost.

Returns must be submitted in writing within 30 days of item receipt. Past this date, returns are on a case by case basis and additional charges may be issued.

We aim to process returns within 2 working days of receiving your goods. Card payments may take an additional time depending on the provider.
