The hydraulic Wessex log splitter is simple to fit on to any tractor with a Cat 1 three-point linkage. This means it is easily transportable to precisely where it is needed. This splitter has a splitting force of 10 tonnes so it can tackle the toughest of log-splitting jobs. It works at ground level for larger diameter logs, so it is easy to position the log. In addition, the two-handed operation provides enhanced safety for the user.
For added safety, all the hydraulic pipes are covered in anti-burst lagging.
The splitting wedge is specially forged and hardened, which increases the longevity of the wedge to save time and money. The Wessex name is synonymous with superb quality, British-built machines.
